JConnelly’s campaign “From Rowdy to Tame: Changing the Perception of the Far Hills Race Meeting” has been awarded Honorable Mention in the media relations, consumer category.
The winners were announced on June 12, 2019 at the Basking Ridge Country Club in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The Pyramid Awards are hosted by the NJ chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. The annual program recognizes NJ’s best of the best in categories for public relations, media relations, digital communications, annual reports, newsletters and more.
The campaign objective was to redirect positive attention on the family-friendly atmosphere, the race itself and the charitable impact it has on the local community. By tapping into the interest surrounding the introduction of wagering and the creation of an exclusive race-day food dish, we found ways to reach a wider audience with new narratives.
