She oversees the implementation of corporate strategy across departments and is responsible for guiding employee development programs. She is integral to nurturing JConnelly’s outstanding culture—a key driver of the agency’s growth and success.
Throughout her career, Carol has devised and executed standout, interactive campaigns for highly regarded clients in a variety of industries. She is especially skilled at corporate positioning, reputation management, and the creation of fully integrated campaigns that cross the spectrum of marketing, PR and social strategies.
Prior to joining JConnelly, Carol managed marketing and public relations for the Women’s Fund of New Jersey.
