JConnelly surveyed wirehouse financial advisors and RIAs on behalf of the Fuse network. We discovered that, when financial advisors evaluate mutual fund shops and other product providers, performance isn’t the only factor on top of their minds. They also think about brand reputation and whether they have a clear specialty and factors that differentiate them from others.
In the survey, we also asked FAs and RIAs how they want to hear from non-clients. Eighty percent replied with email as the main source of preferred communication.
